At Explore Orange Amps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
