Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the weight of our tube amps and cabinets, we use specialized carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and fully calibrated.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Please note that vacuum tubes are subject to inspection upon return.
Do you offer international shipping and voltage conversion?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We stock models pre-configured for 110V and 230V regions; please ensure you select the correct voltage for your country at checkout to avoid damaging the internal transformers.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All new Orange Amps come with a standard 1-year warranty covering parts and labor. You can extend this to 2 years for free by registering your product on our website within 90 days of purchase.
